Due to the artisanal nature of our scents, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been sprayed or removed from their original cellophane seal.

Ensure your fragrance is in its original, unopened packaging with the protective seal intact within 14 days of delivery.

Email our concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization (RA) number.

Secure Packaging

Safely pack the item in its original shipping box to prevent breakage during transit and clearly mark the RA number on the outside.

Once our laboratory inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
